Steve Morton, a good friend, reacquainted me with a little beauty called the "Taco del Carbon". I used to eat these in Mexico but have only found them once from a cart in Salt Lake City. Now I know I can get them anytime at Del Taco. Admittedly, they aren't quite as good as the ones in Mexico, but they are still delicious.

Wesley, there is no way that Del Taco could ever compare to Bajio. I demand an even longer post about the merits of the restaurant I know call blessed.

What kind of Mexican restaurant is called "Del Taco"??? What happened to Taco Bell or Taco Mac? Is this some kind of knockoff????
